About us

A quarter century on the same shore,with ever-growing care.

Our story began in 2001 on the Fenerbahçe shore. Knowing how precious time shared at the table is, we set out to build a meeting place of real quality, where people could step away from the rush and breathe.

We grew this vision without hurry, letting it mature. On a journey that took us to Maltepe in 2011 and to the Şile coast in 2021, we enriched the warmth of the traditional Turkish breakfast with the finest flavours of world cuisine. Behind every plate and every cup lie 25 years of discipline and a passion for the craft.

We believe the best conversations begin with a brief, happy coincidence.

But the experience that accompanies those moments is never a coincidence.
