- The name, e-mail, phone, preferred branch and message you share in the contact and careers forms are processed only to answer your request and evaluate your job application, under Article 5 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (pre-contractual communication and legitimate interest).
- Who it is shared with
- Form messages reach us through our e-mail provider (Web3Forms); the forms use hCaptcha verification against bots. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties and is never used for advertising.
- How long it is kept
- Contact requests are kept for at most 1 year after they are answered; job applications for at most 1 year from the application date. They are then deleted.
- Your rights
- Under Article 11 of the law you may access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Send your request to info@tesadufcafe.com.
